This was a fantastic stay. The house was just right, extremely clean, modern in feel, every amenity, and everything worked exactly as advertised (not always a given!). The house is part of a quiet, gated community separate from surrounding communities. Private fenced backyard and side yard. Tastefully landscaped front and back. Weekly trash can removal and replacement, and gardening services included. Maria and her team were fantastic hosts. They took care of literally everything from start to finish, and always incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved renting from Maria! We felt at home here right away, and highly recommend this cozy, tasteful, quiet, well-appointed house for a short OR long term stay (ours was a longer-term stay and it was a pleasure to be there every day). We would definitely rent at this location, and from Maria again. Thank you!
Maria was such wonderful hosts and truly made my experience great! If I needed anything they were always quick to respond and check in but also gave you complete privacy during the stay. The place is just as described and the amenities are so nice to have the pool, jacuzzi and gym. The area is a quick trip to the airport, beach and tons of shopping areas. I rented a car through an app while there and there were plenty of cars within walking distance to pick up for when I wanted to explore LA or go for a hike. DoorDash and anything for delivery was quick and simple too. It really has all you need for convenience and the community is so safe and family oriented. I felt right at home during the 2 months I stayed.
Another amazing stay in one of Maria's properties. House is in immaculate condition and in a great neighborhood. Maria was super accommodating when we had to extend our stay and even brought over mail that we left at the previous address. Unparalleled service!

Great stay for our group, lots of space it was the perfect accommodation for our use. Great size garage with easy street parking if necessary. Great location in a quiet neighborhood many shopping centers nearby. Maria was an amazing host to us.

Where to begin! Maria is the an experienced and extremely communicative host. The house is absolutely amazing. Luxury all the way around. Huge garage with gated parking. Very luxurious bathrooms. Kitchen is the focal point of the home. Well stocked and a chefs dream. The house is huge and airy. Mattresses are all comfortable and tv’s in most bedrooms. Will stay here again for sure. Lovely home and host.

Literally perfect! The room is clean, quiet, private and the location/community is incredibly safe (like you could leave your car unlocked if you wanted to safe).Maria is the perfect hosts too- they give you complete privacy, but are always available to help if you have any questions/needs. The gated community itself was great as well- awesome amenities, walkable, and very family-oriented. Loved this place!!
The house has all the necessary amenities for daily needs. Equipped kitchen! Air conditioning. The neighborhood is lovely and clean. Clubed indoor pool. Two parking spaces, on the street and in the garage. But the most important is the responsive, kind, flexible help of the hostess in all matters. I was really happy to meet her. My very first experience in California and on this website is a success! I wish Maria prosperity in business!
